An armoured construction, beamless with tiges and disks with brick walls:

• Walls -  plaster ground coated; ceilings - plaster ground coated; floors - cemented (bathrooms and toilets - only plaster); terracces - granite-grease;
• Joinery -  German PVC joinery; inside doors - MDF with veneer, outside door - armoured (or metal);
• installation - from PVC with water - meters;
• Electrical installation - ready to a switch;
• installation - central heating with installed radiators.

Cellar premises - walls - cemented ground coated, metal door.

Common parts - fully finished: entrance hall, stairs shoulders and platform - granite-grease or natural stone; charged chandeliers, electrical panel, elevators, which are going to be put in action after the owners move in. The walls and the ceilings in the common parts - ground coated and latex. Installed metal block door with an electrical lock.

Building facade - warm isolated and finished with a decorative plaster. Roof constraction - flat with steel-concrete construction, with heat insulation and hydro insulation.

- when the preliminary contract is signed - 30% from the property value;

Second payment:

- for apartments from 1-st to 3-rd housing floor for section "D", and to the 4-th floor for the other sections when there is an act for a building comleteness - 30% extra;

Third payment:

- when all the installations, ground coats and plasters are ready - 20% extra;

Fourth payment:

- to act 15 - 10% extra;

Last payment:

- in 7 days period from the time a permission for use has been revealed - 10%.
