Payment paln
2000 EUR - deposit payment when reserving a property at Lakeside Park and signing of the preliminary contract;
10% of the purchase price ( minus the 2000 EUR deposit )- at completion of the excavation works;
70 % of the purchase price – thirty days after signing of the preliminary contract;
15% of the purchase price – at completion of the exterior work
5% of the purchase price – upon completion of the deal and receiving the title deeds.
